Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All artworks are made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Color variations due to screen display differences

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

You will not be required to return damaged items.


United Kingdom – 14 Day Right to Cancel

If your order is delivered to an address within the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery at:

Because our products are made to order, we do not automatically require returned items. In certain cases, we may request return of the product. If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once cancellation is confirmed and, where applicable, once the returned item has been received and inspected.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
